How do I order rental packages from you?

How many days in advance should I order rental package from you?
Usually you need to order it from us 2 days in advance.
How is the rental period calculated?
Your rental period starts at noon (Beijing time) on your Start Date, and it ends at noon (Beijing) on your End Date.
Can I extend the rental period?
During rental period, if you intends to extend the rental length, you can choose another rental package indicated on the website to replace current rental package. Please give us one day’s notice. We make a new invoice for you to make payment. You are responsible for the charge of price difference between both rental packages and an US$10 order revision fee.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If the rental is cancelled before the rental package is dispatched, no cancellation fee will be imposed. However, if the rental package has already been dispatched, you will be charged for an US$10 shipping cost both ways and an US$20 cancellation fee.
Is insurance offered?
Sorry no insurance appliacable.
What if the rental packages damaged or lost by my carelessness?
Since no insurance covered on our rental packages, you need to compensate us as following:
USB modem stick: US$50
MiFi Device: US$150
Battery: US$10
USB cable: US$5
Wall charger: US$10
Data sim card: US$50
China Sim Card: US$50
What is included in your MiFi rental package?
Our MiFi rental package includes one MiFi device, one extra battery, one USB cable, one data sim, one wall charger, and one User Manual (sent to you via email).
How long does the MiFi battery work after being fully charged?
One battery can work for 5 hours. We offer you two batteries.
Shipping
How do I get and return your rental packages?
We can deliver rental package to and pick it up from any address in most cities, except for mailbox.
How do you do hotel drop-off and pick-up?
We deliver rental package to your hotel concierge where you can pick it up upon check-in, and in the end of rental period you just leave rental package (with our return package) to your hotel concierge and we will arrange collection later.
Does the delivery have a guaranteed time?
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries will be shipped as standard overnight for receipt by 12:00pm (noon) in most cities. If services other than standard deliveries are requested, additional fees are applicable.
Can my rental be delivered to the airport?
Due to security reasons 3GSolutions cannot deliver it to airports.
What is the shipping cost?
Our standard shipping is $10 for both ways within China.

What kind of payment options do you provide?
We accept these payment options: Paypal, Credit cards and Debit cards.
Technical
What coverage and speed does your mobile broadband have?
It covers 98% China population (Coverage map).It provides download speed up to 7.2Mbps and upload speed up to 5.76Mbps. But it doesn’t mean the actual speed you will get. Speed and quality of connection may vary depending on your locations, where the number of users and signal strength will affect the speed.
Does your USB Modem work on my laptop? Is there any installation needed?
Our USB Modem is compatible with most Operating Systems, including Window 2000 SP4, XP SP2/SP3, Vista SP1/SP2，Windows 7，Mac OS X 10.4 ，10.5 &10.6. In your first use, just plug our USB modem in your laptop, all installation is straightforward. It just takes you 3 - 5 minutes.
Do you provide iPad micro sim card rental service? How does it work on my iPad?
Yes, we provide iPad micro sim card rental service. Usually it can automatically configure and work on your unlocked iPad. In case it doesn't automatically configure and work, you need go to Settings>General>Network> Cellular data network>APN settings, and set APN as "3gnet" and leave USER NAME & PASSWORD in blank.
How does your MiFi work? Is there any installation needed?
One button up! Just push the power button, let it run and then one mobile hotspot is made. No any installation needed.
Can I directly make calls and receive calls on my phone after inserting the China Sim Card?
Yes.
How does your China Sim Card provide data service to my phone?
Usually it can automatically configure on your phone, and you can use the data service directly. In case it doesn't automatically configure, you just need to set APN as "3gnet" and leave USER NAME & PASSWORD in blank.
What language will your rental packages talk with me?
English.
